Important Order Verification Policy

To help protect both our customers and our business from fraud and chargebacks, all online orders totaling $100 or more may require identity verification before they are processed.

If your order is selected for verification, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

If you prefer not to provide identification, no problem we can simply cancel and refund your order. You are welcome to place your order again using Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle, or contact us to arrange another approved payment method.

This verification process is for everyone's protection and helps ensure that purchases are being made by the authorized cardholder.
